Your privacy matters.  
I only collect what’s necessary to deliver the services you request (name, email, phone when you book a call, buy a course, or sign up for updates). I never sell your data, never spam you, and you can unsubscribe or ask me to delete everything anytime with one email to jerod@ruggedhuman.com.  

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal — I never see your full card details.  

That’s it. No fine-print surprises.

Accessibility Statement  
I believe everyone should be able to use this website and benefit from the ideas and tools here — no exceptions.  

My goal is WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. Right now that means:  
• All images have meaningful alt text  
• The site is fully keyboard-navigable  
• Color contrast meets or exceeds required ratios  
• Headings and page structure are properly coded  
• Videos (when added) will always include captions  

I’m continually testing and improving the site. If you ever hit a barrier — whether because of a disability, older browser, or anything else — please email me directly at jerod@ruggedhuman.com and I’ll fix it fast (usually same day).
